The salesperson verbally promised to fix the paint scratches to get the sale, but intentionally left it off the 'we owe' form to get out of it. They also padded the contract with a fake $499 'Freight' fee on a used car and hid the cost of a forced warranty in the base price so it couldn't be refunded. I just realized almost a year later after I wanted to contact them ask them if they could assist me but of course not. Update: I have officially filed a formal complaint with the Maryland Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division (Case # MU-537166) regarding the fake freight fee and deceptive paperwork. I am awaiting the dealership's response to the state. More
