While I truly enjoy my BMW, these repair charges were troublesome. Your “goodwill” discount of $200 on a repair of approximately $10,000 was hardly “goodwill”. Linda Zelley P.S. Your rating of two was generous because of the previous excellent service. Please consider it a gesture of my “goodwill”. I trust this less than stellar yet truthful remarks do not merit it to be filed in the recycled circular bin! More
