They rotated the tires, we took a trip to Key West that same weekend, just noticed yesterday that we have two Lugnuts missing on the front right tire. I called them at 9 AM on Saturday. Nobody called me back until five minutes till three and they close at three. I guess they don’t think two Lugnuts add a five lug nuts is a big deal. Very upsetting front tire could’ve fell off in my whole family could’ve been killed. Guess they don’t think they need to get back with me not a very urgent in their minds. More
