The Lexus Car Buying Experience Howard Kent awaited us and came out of the entrance to the attractive Ft. Pierce dealership to greet us. We had made an appointment to look over the 2017 Lexus LS. Howard had evidently briefed the receptionist as she smiled and called us by name and welcomed us as we passed through the reception desk.. We were immediately offered refreshments and the opportunity to just look around Howard is the consummate professional; friendly but not overbearing, knowledgeable, flexible, and certainly caring. My husband and I both noticed the dark blue LS460 on the showroom floor and gravitated toward that. Howard let us look around undisturbed (We dislike cloying sales personnel who don't give one an opportunity to really look over something and talk to each other.) and told us that we could test drive a 2017 Lexus. Since we already have a 2014 LS460 we know the driving experience is very quiet, the sound excellent, etc. and etc., so we declined. After my husband and I indicated an interest, Howard had us sit in it, etc., and we proceeded to discuss terms. The whole sales experience was very smooth. We received a personal thank you note from Howard afterward, and hearing that my husband was suddenly in the hospital, he sent a caring note. You can be certain that when we buy our next Lexus, we will turn to Howard. More

From the moment I walked in I was met with the front desk person who with a smile made sure I was directed to the right person I was then met by a gentleman who spoke to me as if he had known me prior his people skills and warm reception was a delight, I shared I was looking to purchase a car I was introduced to sales person his delightful attitude made a world of difference. His motto is'"Make sure the customer is happy first" . another leadership person also made my day warm and sensitive to my need and ensured great service The Financial dept was very descriptive with the contract with no HIDDEN agenda great people and honest. Upon purchase I needed small details done to my car when I went back to the service department they went above the call of duty to ensure that my car would be serviced and returned with-in a timely manner, all done with a smile. I will conclude by saying, This dealership sells Luxury Cars but its the atmosphere and personnel that makes the difference.
