I saw a tesla model y I wanted at this dealership I contacted them the same day. I got a response very quickly. Jim made sure I had an appointment, made sure the car smelled good, looked clean, got it contacted them the same day. I got a response very quickly. Jim made sure I had an appointment, made sure the car smelled good, looked clean, got it professionally detailed before I even laid eyes on the vehicle. The following day I showed up to purchase the vehicle with such excitement the car was in a 1000/10 condition. The sale went smoothly and quickly I was in and out in about less than a hour. Would definitely get another vehicle from Jim and this dealership:) More

My experience with Acura of Berlin was amazing. Kevin and Anthony made everything so easy and stress-free. I’m a straight to the point kind of guy and I was so pleased when I found out they were th Kevin and Anthony made everything so easy and stress-free. I’m a straight to the point kind of guy and I was so pleased when I found out they were the same.. I emailed 4 other Acura dealerships in Connecticut and one in Rhode Island for a straightforward out the door price and Anthony got back to me immediately with exactly what I was looking for. 4 of the other dealerships never sent me a quote and the 1 that did wasn’t actually honest.
