Dealership is nice. People are nice and friendly. My experience as to purchasing a car was ok at first everyone did whatever they needed to get the deal closed then after they forgot about you. No follow up no thank you, except a salesperson Anthony asked how the car was and he was not even a part of my deal go figure. I wish I had used him as my salesperson for just that he deserved the commission on my sale. Some sales people there would be best to have some customer service training. Don't just get the sale but follow up and see if the customer is satisfied, etc. I still need to ask the person who got my sale if a part came in yet and he says he will check but I still haven't heard any update. Khaled has been great in getting my car fixed as it needed. Tim was great as well. So I would suggest follow up, thank the customer for your sale and follow up on items you may be waiting for on a vehicle, the customer needs not to be calling you about these things. More
