My New Mazda I recently purchased a 2020 MX5 RF and dealt with Anthony, Cody and Jason. This was the best new car purchasing experience I have ever had! I was tre I recently purchased a 2020 MX5 RF and dealt with Anthony, Cody and Jason. This was the best new car purchasing experience I have ever had! I was treated in a super friendly, low pressure manner, it truly felt like I was dealing with friends and not strangers. I drove over 200 miles one way to purchase my car from Flood Mazda and the total mileage from start to finish with this purchase (800 miles) was well worth it. Obviously specific inventory led me to Flood Mazda but once here the way I was treated was a HUGE bonus. The car I purchased was a bit of a 'unicorn' and that fact could have driven the price up, but to their credit the 'guys' at Flood Mazda offered a fair purchase price. My only regret now is that it will be too far to have my new MX5 serviced at Flood Mazda. If their service department is only half as responsive, professional and responsive as their sales department there is no way anyone could go wrong with purchasing from Flood Mazda! Thanks again, time to 'drop the top' and go for a ride! More

I always volunteer to bring my wife's car in for service just so I can hang out in the waiting room, love that place. Today it was my turn to get my own CX-9 so I no longer have to make excuses to bring the just so I can hang out in the waiting room, love that place. Anthony was great and very clear up front on everything. Cody zoomed through financing like a pro and explained the details. The car sells itself, these guys go out of their way to make the experience enjoyable. More

I had a completely different experience at Flood Mazda than I have had at other dealerships in the past. No nonsense or misleading information from the sales team, and no harsh or adversarial bargaining p than I have had at other dealerships in the past. Phil Barry, our salesman, did a great job helping us through the process and making us feel welcome. He was also very knowledgeable and we enjoyed talking with him. Anthony DeAngelis stepped in to help with the financial paperwork in the absence of the usual finance person even though it wasn't his specialty, and made the process painless. This type of upfront, straightforward, and fair treatment should be the standard for modern car dealerships. More

Great experience buying first Mazda / first CPO vehicle Was shopping for a pre-owned CX-5 for my son and after contacting several MA and RI dealers who had cars that "fit the bill", made Flood our first (an Was shopping for a pre-owned CX-5 for my son and after contacting several MA and RI dealers who had cars that "fit the bill", made Flood our first (and last) stop. Anthony and Jason were both extremely professional and easy to deal with. The 2017 CX-5 they had was very clean, well-maintained and priced right. The whole purchase experience (including test drive, agreeing to final price, financing and delivery of the vehicle) was painless and took less than 2 hours. I was extremely pleased with the delivery process for a couple reasons: i) the day we test-drove the vehicle, I noticed some wax residue on the fender trims and a smudge on the headliner, which I asked to have cleaned up before delivery and both items were taken care of, and ii) I requested copies of Flood's service records on the vehicle, all of which were ready and provided at time of delivery. In summary, it was a great buying experience from start to finish and we got a great vehicle at a reasonable price - can't ask for more!! Kudos to Anthony and Jason and the entire Flood team. More
