I'm an ideal customer, have good credit and make good money. Four credit checks were processed against my credit by Family Kia. And I didn't appreciate that. I only wanted one drawn. Additionally, I was very clear about the terms that I wanted and it was a little bit of a hassle to get exactly the financing package that I wanted. Overall, I'm pleased with the used car. However, the very next day after we bought it. The battery died. I took it to a shop and the battery was in terrible condition and needed to be replaced. I spent an additional $300 to replace the battery. This was after I had paid an additional $2,000 fee something about them getting it roadworthy or ready. The $2,000 was on top of the price of the vehicle advertised online. You would think that this additional "getting it roadworthy fee" would include a good working battery. More

Went in yesterday to discuss trading in my car due to deal that they were running. Ran our credit went through the whole process, finance manager said we needed to wait until today for the office to open deal that they were running. Ran our credit went through the whole process, finance manager said we needed to wait until today for the office to open. Promised us that the deal would go through and they would call us in the morning. No call so we called waited for call backs never came, went in and they immediately said they won’t give us the deal. Been a Kia customer for years two cars from them never missed a payment. Disappointed in the service we received lack of communication and false promises More
