He coordinated with multiple people and outside vendors to locate the right vehicle and further customize and personalize it so we ended up with something that genuinely feels like our car, rather than having to compromise on what was available. Just as importantly, the numbers were strong. Blake helped us get a fair deal on our trade and a great deal on the new vehicle, without making the process feel adversarial or exhausting. Ted was fantastic on the financing side as well. He was able to secure an exceptional rate and financing package that made the overall deal even better. This was one of those purchases where there were a lot of moving pieces, and Blake stayed on top of all of them.
