Horrible experience and feel cheated and ignored Car needed 3500.00 in repairs instantly but was told car looked over by denooyer and was in perfect running shape. Perfect if you consider needed air conditioner fixed. (No air) Front brakes, rear brakes.... and you couldn’t get the tires off cause it had a wheel lock and they wouldn’t provide the key. Still haven’t. Live and learn. Zero customer service. You have to do it all on your own. They are a joke. After 3500.00 in repairs by real mechanics car is running well. More

VIP = second class citizen I purchased my first two vehicles from here no trouble, fast, easy, friendly. This time they really wanted to push this old truck with a leaky transfe I purchased my first two vehicles from here no trouble, fast, easy, friendly. This time they really wanted to push this old truck with a leaky transfer case on me... even tried to make me feel guilty and Insulted the crap out of me to do it. The sales guy even insulted his own co worker by undermining her job because of what she told me. So I requested another sales rep, the sales manager is a joke, arrogant, and is totally uncaring of the customers wants and needs. Ultimately i got a new rep but they weren't interested in what I wanted, they tried to push vehicle upon vehicle on me that wasn't even close to what I needed. They altered their deal a dozen times and played stupid when I called them out on it. It took me almost a month to close a deal, my new rep went on vacation and i was issued a third who i had to call 8 times to call me back. They already had a deposit so i wasnt going anywhere... in the end I got a vehicle that wasn't what I needed, it was stressful, I felt guilty for spending the money I had since the Payments aren't even close to what I was told they would be in the beginning. I wasn't treated with respect, or honesty, and other than warranty problems I will not set foot back here from now to the day I drop dead. They treated me great the first two cars so I always came back but after this time I don't ever want to buy a other car from anyone again. More
