Anthony has shown a great dedication to service throughout my experience with Serramonte Ford. I had purchased my very first truck, specifically through an ordering process. I am happy to write thi throughout my experience with Serramonte Ford. I had purchased my very first truck, specifically through an ordering process. I am happy to write this review much after the fact because I can say with confidence that the ENTIRE experience, from inquiry, to ordering, to receiving the order, to servicing my truck for the first time, was phenomenal. I never once experienced a feeling of aggression or the dealership attempting to take advantage of my business. I only experienced the straight forwardness of my interest in the vehicle I wanted and the actions/steps to take to get that. I've had my truck for 7k miles and I couldn't be happier. As someone who specifically has a career in the automotive industry I would highly recommend Anthony to any client (I actually have been) and commend him for his dedication to serving the best interest of the customer. I could not be happier with my experience with Ford for the first time in my life. More
