I was surprised how upper management clutched their pearls when I suggested the car dealership might be sneaky with the add ons. I'm still not sure if it was just another gimmick or if I just hurt their poor wittle fee-wings. I must admit they did as I thought they should in the end, but certainly not in the manner I would have expected. I think some de-escalation training could be helpful. More

The price didn't include outrageous extra fees or add-ons, which was very nice. Most dealers push really hard to add stuff, but they didn't. I was asked if I wanted the extended warranty, which should be offered because many want it. I didn't and they didn't push hard for me to get it. Overall it was an easy and low stress sales process. The car I purchased is in excellent condition and I am very happy with the purchase. More
