Having patiently waited 4 months for my new BMW, I experienced poor customer service, a lack of respect for my time, poor operations, lack of communications among Darien BMW's staff and rude behavior experienced poor customer service, a lack of respect for my time, poor operations, lack of communications among Darien BMW's staff and rude behavior at pick up. I had had a bad experience with arrogance and poor service at BMW of Darien in the past. I decided to give them another try. Bad choice on my part. Having bought BMW's for over 34 years in many parts of the country, I am quite experienced at purchasing BMWs as well as good customer service from quality dealerships. Based on my recent experience, I cancelled my purchase at BMW of Darien and will go elsewhere. I am still waiting to receive word on a refund of my deposit. Mr. Martinez was confrontational, rude and condescending to me. I would not recommend working with him in any capacity. More

Having just purchased a new BMW, I felt compelled to write about the superior experience I had working with Don Doria and Anthony Martinez of BMW of Darien. During the purchase, Don couldn't have been write about the superior experience I had working with Don Doria and Anthony Martinez of BMW of Darien. During the purchase, Don couldn't have been more helpful and kind. We took a test drive on both the highway and secondary roads, which was great. After the test drive, Don followed up in a very unobtrusive and non-pushy way to see if I had any questions. Once I decided to purchase my new car, he did an excellent job of walking me through my options and finding exactly the car I wanted; he really listened to what I needed. He was very responsive during the entire process. When I went to pick up my car, it was perfect. Don demonstrated all of the features of the car. What truly amazed me about him was his attention to the "little" things. For example, he set up my home address in the Navigation System before I arrived. Wow. Once it was time to take care of the paperwork, Don kindly introduced me to Anthony Martinez. Anthony was another shining example of the high level of service provided by the BMW of Darien dealership. Anthony quickly and effectively took me through each step of the purchase from my trade in to explaining warranties and options. So helpful. As was getting ready to drive off in my new ride, Don presented me with roses - again the "little" things that wind up making an impression. All in all, I couldn't recommend Don, Anthony and the entire Darien team. If you are looking for top-notch service provided by professional, courteous people who obviously take such pride in their product, don't go anywhere else. BMW of Darien will not disappoint. More

My purchasing experience was wonderful we spoke over the phone a few times discussed what I wanted in my car and it was done very quickly, and when i went to pick it up it was ready to go parked right out f phone a few times discussed what I wanted in my car and it was done very quickly, and when i went to pick it up it was ready to go parked right out front ready to go we went over the specs of the car signed the paper work and i was able to get on the road and experience my New BMW everything was excellent highly recommend it and will to all my friends and family More

I was just about to purchase a lexus when I stopped by BMW. Sal was able to find me the perfect car I'd been holding out for. He was honest and friendly and had great follow up. We were looking for a really good deal on a pre-owned BMW, and could not be happier with both the deal and the customer experience we found at BMW of Darien. From my first contact with the sales person, Sal Marino, through the delivery of our vehicle, the team went to bat to put us in the car we really wanted and keep us within our budget. Both Sal and Anthony Martinez were professional, diligent, and extremely attentive throughout the entire process. BMW of Darien is not my first experience buying from a BMW dealer, but it will become my dealer of choice for all my future needs, as well as the rest of my family. I cannot recommend them highly enough. More

Upon arriving at BMW of Darien I was somewhat nervous that I would be judged upon walking in. However, I was welcomed and greeted by a smiling Sales Associate named Sal Marino. He escorted me to his de that I would be judged upon walking in. However, I was welcomed and greeted by a smiling Sales Associate named Sal Marino. He escorted me to his desk and before looking at any cars, Sal began to tell me about himself and his overall knowledge of the business; which put me at ease. Sal was very attentive and allowed me to express all the 'must haves' I was looking for in a BMW. During the same time frame, his team reviewed my Jaguar that I wanted to trade in. They were very professional and honest/fair about the trade-in value. After reviewing a few BMW's that fit my criteria, we went for a test drive. Sal was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions, even if some seemed obvious. Tom Samperi joined in on my BMW search to advise what options I had with my trade-in, how the process would work in getting a used BMW and how they (Sal and Tom) were working to keep me at my monthly payments. Tom was very professional and sensitive to my situation. Anthony Martinez was the last man I met with that day. He shared with me a little about himself and what his role is in the final process. In short Anthony worked his magic, talked with BMW financial, was able to lower my APR %, factor in a 3 year warranty on the used BMW X5 I had chosen and was able to get me approved and right on budget. My new 'used' BMW X5 would be ready for pickup the following day. Vladimer advised me that my X5 would undergo a full check, oil change, detail job etc... BMW provided me with a 2011 loaner and my X5 was ready for pickup on schedule the next day. Overall, the staff was completely personable, knowledgeable and professional. I have already started referring BMW Darien to my peers and I cannot stop gloating about my BMW X5 and team who supported me in getting my dream car. Thank you JRave More
