Great service at the desk! The only issue I had so far was that my car was supposed to be vacuumed while in for service. I would recommend this place, except for I have been happy with Anthony. I am happy with my service experiences. I am not happy about all the emails and text messages regarding surveys. They had to order the part, when the part came in while they were fixing my vehicle I was treated to a nice cup of coffee a snack. Always with excellent customer service! Lokey even gave me a ride to the mall where I had my hair done. And when my car was ready they came and picked me up from the mall and I was on my way home a happy with my fixed car & new hair dew. : ). Thank you Lokey! More

He took the time to explain all of the new features of my Nissan Kick and assisted me in downloading the App so I could research in more detail all the technology capabilities of my new vehicle. The sale's manager added a few more incentives to close the deal and the finance person kept the process honest and did not try to "sell" me anything I did not need. This was a phenomenal experience, this was my third Nissan for Lokey, it is the level of customer service I receive from the Service Department that keeps me coming back to Lokey Nissan. Eliu Bermudez is the sales person I highly recommend. More
