They had to order the part, when the part came in while they were fixing my vehicle I was treated to a nice cup of coffee a snack. Always with excellent customer service! Lokey even gave me a ride to the mall where I had my hair done. And when my car was ready they came and picked me up from the mall and I was on my way home a happy with my fixed car & new hair dew. : ). Thank you Lokey! More

Great Sale's Experience! My sales person Eliu Bermudez was professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. He took the time to explain all of the new features of my Nissan Kic My sales person Eliu Bermudez was professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. He took the time to explain all of the new features of my Nissan Kick and assisted me in downloading the App so I could research in more detail all the technology capabilities of my new vehicle. The sale's manager added a few more incentives to close the deal and the finance person kept the process honest and did not try to "sell" me anything I did not need. This was a phenomenal experience, this was my third Nissan for Lokey, it is the level of customer service I receive from the Service Department that keeps me coming back to Lokey Nissan. Eliu Bermudez is the sales person I highly recommend. More

Great service but takes to long I went in for a scheduled oil change. The people and service are great but they had me waiting 2 hours. To me, that's ridiculous! I went in for a scheduled oil change. The people and service are great but they had me waiting 2 hours. To me, that's ridiculous! More
