Routine maintenance I always have the same experience getting routine maintenance here. I purchased a maintenance package when I bought my vehicle and have always brought I always have the same experience getting routine maintenance here. I purchased a maintenance package when I bought my vehicle and have always brought my car to this dealership for maintenance. However, 100% of the time, the technician forgets that I have these packages and tries to charge me. I have to go over all the charges and explain the services I’ve alrwady purchased. It’s tedious and could be solved by just making a note in my account. More
