I brought my Nissan Murano for normal service for normal service. I was told that There was a recall that needed repair. So fine. It was dripping water so I started driving away and called my husband. He said go back it definitely is dripping oil and sent me the pics on are driveway which he was furious about. I felt Anthony brushed me off because I am a women what do I know. So I went back and when he saw the pics he was very apologetic and they were great about giving me a rental but then I had bring it back a second time! Anthony was very nice and apologetic again but it was a lot of back and forth, time and my driveway was stained. In all it wasn’t a good experience. More

Somewhat sloppy approach across the line Example 1: I come with a brand new car for the first oil change and protective plastic under the car is hanging down. There was no visible damage on the plastic surface so we concluded it is not the owner's responsibility and will be fixed while oil change was performed. I am here talking about one missing screw. The car comes back with plastic still hanging down! Example 2: After a car accident I brought my car to the collision center to fix the front end. After the car was fixed I drove it for several weeks and one side of the front bumper popped out. I brought it back to be fixed. I must say I was greeted nicely, car was "fixed" but the same issue returned after a few days. Good Example: With my oil changes I include the tire rotation. On my last oil change, the service adviser told me the measurements look good and I don't need the tire rotation. Just to be fair, I am bad with names, and I only added Antony to "10 employes" section. More
