no help. help My first trip to the dealer was a flop. Andrew provided fairly good customer service, but the wait took WAY too long and we left without a lease payme My first trip to the dealer was a flop. Andrew provided fairly good customer service, but the wait took WAY too long and we left without a lease payment that I could agree to. 3 weeks later Anthony Parton contacted me via email and we made great headway. He was able to get a deal that I could afford and worked nonstop to communicate with me about my needs and the business office with what would be affordable for them as well. Jody kindly greeted us when Anthony was busy and treated us warmly. More

Great Experience I bought a new KIA Soul at Paramount Kia of Asheville on Saturday, 10/29/2016. Tammy Jones and Anthony Parton were the sales people that helped me. Th I bought a new KIA Soul at Paramount Kia of Asheville on Saturday, 10/29/2016. Tammy Jones and Anthony Parton were the sales people that helped me. They were great - friendly, helpful, but not pushy, nor did they pressure me any. This was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. The finance guy , Jordon Ogle was also kind and helpful and explained things well. I would definitely recommend these sales people and this dealership. I love my new KIA soul!!! Pam More

Amazing service I have been a kia owner since 2012! I traded in my 2012 Kia Forte in for a 2016 Kia Soul and love it! The sales staff is wonderful and Craig helped me I have been a kia owner since 2012! I traded in my 2012 Kia Forte in for a 2016 Kia Soul and love it! Tony and Josh were wonderful also. They were very nice and friendly.Anthony my car salesman sure did know how to sell cars. He would take time to answer any questions you had. He did not pressure me. I recommended anyone that is going to buy a new car to see Anthony Parton he will do you right. Now for a little humor if you put Anthony and me together we could talk the horns off of a billy goat. This dealership is always a positive experience. Paramount Kia on Ridgefield Blvd is a great place to purchase or lease a car. Anthony Parton was a joy to work with. He made sure we were informed a Paramount Kia on Ridgefield Blvd is a great place to purchase or lease a car. Anthony Parton was a joy to work with. He made sure we were informed at every step of the process and worked diligently to see that we were satisfied with the car that we chose to lease. This is our second lease experience with this dealership and both times have met, and in some cases, exceeded our expectations. Along with Anthony, we also worked with Aaron Hill to reach a satisfactory deal for all concerned. Aaron is great at explaining things and working out any issues the leasing process may bring. At the end of the process, we dealt with Anthony Alfano to complete the paperwork. Anthony Alfano explained clearly and simply each form we signed. From arrival to leaving in our new car, the experience was professional and sensitive to our needs. More
