2018 RDX AWD Lease! Earlier today I picked up my 2018 Acura RDX AWD which I leased through Anthony Pergolizzi and finalized through Joe Filardo. It was my 2nd car leased Earlier today I picked up my 2018 Acura RDX AWD which I leased through Anthony Pergolizzi and finalized through Joe Filardo. It was my 2nd car leased from this dealership but my first experience dealing with Anthony. He was a true professional form start to finish and provided all the help I needed in making a decision and acquiring the car that I wanted at a reasonable price with the equipment and accessories I asked for. Joe was also a pleasure to deal with. He made finalizing my new lease easy and helped me through the process of nailing down the final details and accessories I wanted. I would and have recommended anyone who wishes to purchase or lease an Acura to see Anthony. Rallye Acura backs up the sale with a service experience that is just as Stress Free as Anthony's. It's one thing to get a great deal on a vehicle, but to have a great service experience every time is a rarity. I have to say in complete honesty , that no matter what the service issue was in the last 5 years on my Acura's they were handled efficiently , timely , inexpensively and expertly. Chad Tammaro is my service advisor. His knowledge and insight about the product he services is exceptional. I have complete confidence in Chad looking out for my best interests every time , I bring in one of my vehicles for service. Service can make or break any relationship with a dealer over time, but Chad has cemented my relationship with Rallye. A reassuring call is always made by Enza Comito after visiting the dealer for service. Its always great to hear that the dealer wants to know if your happy with the service and if there are any additional questions or concerns. Enza has helped over the years, with everything from getting timely appointments to assisting with loaners and making sure we are happy with the service department.She is also extremely professional and adds a personal touch that helps the no stress experience. I guess , it's a tribute to the management team at Rallye Acura, who in all fairness have assembled a top notch team of friendly and professional employees who sell and service an exceptional product. And they try to do it so thats as close to a STRESS FREE experience as possible. More

When I went to pickup the car Anthony had all of the paper work ready for me to sign,he answered all of my questions, introduced me to the service manager and then took the time to teach me about my new car. Anthony said I can call him if I had any questions but he was so thorough when taught me about the car which left me with me with no reason to call. More

I leased my first vehicle from them over 10 years ag If you are looking to purchase/lease an Acura, do not waste your time and head to Rallye Acura!!! I leased my first vehicle from them over 10 years ago. The fantastic experience I had then was enough to stick with me throughout the years leading me back to the dealership. I walked into Rallye to shop for either a 2017 TLX or a 2017 RDX. I was introduced to Anthony and immediately felt welcomed and at ease. He took an extraordinary amount of time helping me choose what vehicle was right for me. We drove both cars and I was given a comprehensive over view of all features and specs on each car. I spent at least 2 hours with Anthony the 1st evening pinning down the car I wanted and discussing numbers. While I believe Anthony was giving me very fair numbers, I knew the deal I wanted and was tenacious about finding it. (whether it was at Rallye or else where). I explained this to Anthony and he pushed as much as he could for me on my lease deal. When I explained that I wanted to continue to price out the vehicle with other dealerships, he was professional and polite. At no point did I feel like I was being pressured or mislead!! I went on my way and did my research. While I spoke with 2 other local dealerships, I found one to be completely dishonest in our interactions and the other lacked the customer service and the overall professionalism that Rallye exudes. One of the dealers came in under the Rallye price so I reached back out to Anthony. He was determined to make me part of the Rallye family again and went to bat for the numbers I needed. Well, he came through! We made the deal... but my experience didn't stop there. He worked diligently to provide me with all my paperwork, setup my insurance, registration and anything I could possibly need as I traded in a Honda to them. The transition was seamless!!! When I picked up the new vehicle and he had another customer waiting, he continued to make me a priority while we reviewed the featured of the new car. From top to bottom, my purchase with Anthony at Rallye Acura was the best experience I have had with any dealer or salesman. I will be sure to return to Anthony in the future and recommend him not only to you the reader, but to my family and friends. PS- I brought my dog to pick up the car with me and she even liked him!! I think that speaks louder than this entire review :) More
