So I bought an extended warranty and they found some problems in my car when I went for an oil change. Well Anthony told me it wasn’t covered under my warranty. I said I took out the top warranty. He di problems in my car when I went for an oil change. Well Anthony told me it wasn’t covered under my warranty. I said I took out the top warranty. He did not covered. I called the girl who sold me the warranty and she called the company. She got it covered. Now why couldn’t Anthony do that. Also when I picked up the car the bill was more than.it was supposed to be so I complained. They called Anthony and he adjusted it. If it was my wife picking up the car she would have just paid it. I had a very bad experience. More

No, complaints thus far. I would like to see a video of the work being done during service. For example, oil change while the oil is draining or parts being replaced. He explained all of the options and warranties making my decision to buy easier. The car was ready literally in 24 hours. The tech expert, Anthony was also excellent. He went through all the great options that the X3 offers. More impressive was that I called several times after the purchase regarding the car's technology, and he didn't hesitate to answer.
