Always challenges when buying a vehicle. I purchased a certified Q60 and had a miscommunication with finance terms. My salesman Anthony, and management acknowledged the issue and resolved to an equitable certified Q60 and had a miscommunication with finance terms. My salesman Anthony, and management acknowledged the issue and resolved to an equitable position. More cost for a certified vehicle with a higher expectation of service and vehicle quality. One minor issue and major issue with vehicle after purchase. Both issues taken care of quickly and no cost to me. Would not be the case at different dealership. I am happy with the service and commitment from Roswell Infiniti. More
