Mr. King was very kind. professional, patient, and helpful. He made sure that I found the exact truck that I wanted and had been looking for for months. Most salesman are very pushy which can sometim helpful. He made sure that I found the exact truck that I wanted and had been looking for for months. Most salesman are very pushy which can sometimes become overwhelming. Therefore, I appreciated Mr. King's patience and kindness. I could not have asked for a better salesman. Also the company worked really hard to get me a note that I could afford and that meant a lot to me. More

The actual car buying process was quick and easy, it’s the after that was not acceptable. My wife and I both bought vehicles that day but I did not arrive at the dealership thinking I was going to make a the after that was not acceptable. My wife and I both bought vehicles that day but I did not arrive at the dealership thinking I was going to make a deal. Although, the price was right and we made a deal, I did not have room in new truck for all my tools and personal items and was told it would be acceptable to return to get my stuff which included a decked tool box, seat covers and console safe, upon arrival to retrieve my stuff, the tool box was already removed, I removed the console safe and the seat covers were removed and no where to be found. No one in the service department could find them and I was told they were thrown away. The next day I contacted the manager and he said they found them. I returned only to find out that not even half was kept and for some reason the rest were thrown away. Mind you, these are $700 seat covers, just thrown away “because they didn’t know” even though I had contacted the sales person and manager letting them know I would be returning to retrieve my personal items. The service manager was unapologetic and offered zero compensation saying there’s nothing he can do. I won’t be doing business with this dealership again. More

When I began my car search, I knew that my list of specifics was extensive. While I was looking at several other cars from other lots, my husband was also looking for himself, and found what he wanted specifics was extensive. While I was looking at several other cars from other lots, my husband was also looking for himself, and found what he wanted at Rivard-Royall GMC. When he said I should take a look, I wasn’t enthusiastic. Then he said “My love, Jarvis says he found you something…” and boy did he! Jarvis found my dream truck, and then moved mountains to make sure I got the keys. I’m so grateful for the knowledgeable, courteous, and welcoming staff, especially for fully detailing my brand new baby for me. I’ll drive every mile with joy and gratitude, and whenever I need another car, I’m coming right back to Jarvis at Rivard-Royall GMC! More
