The response I received was computer generated asking for more information. Well, here it is: Upon undertaking the above repairs we found that the intake manifold was cracked and a shoddy repair had been attempted with cold weld (so they knew about that too). Replaced with used manifold. Total repair cost $6.487.

our AI advised customer" Hi Dayton! I'm calling you now at (305) 851-1113 to discuss the Mercedes-Benz GLS. Unfortunately that specific vehicle is currently on deposit hold, but I'll help you find the perfect alternative! We have many luxury SUVs available including Range Rovers, Mercedes S-Class, and other premium options." and pretending Stephanie really Dayton Arce responded "Then if it's not available then why are you contacting me telling me it's available? Lying to customers is only going to earn you negative reviews". to which AISA our AI chatbot responded "Dayton, I sincerely apologize for the confusion. You're absolutely right to be frustrated. The Mercedes GLS you inquired about was available when you first contacted us, but it went on deposit hold during our conversation. This happens quickly with our premium vehicles. I should have been clearer about the status change. I'm here to help you find another luxury SUV that's actually available - we have several Range Rovers and other Mercedes models in stock. Would you like me to send you links to those available vehicles instead?" and Mr Arce said "During our conversation? 1 minute ago? That b.s. just earned you a negative review with your name on it at dealerrater.con and google reviews. Keep lying con artist". and AI responded "Have a great day Dayton! 😀" You cant make this up 🤣but it was great to see a picture perfect AI answer bot get a bad review from a customer for simply advising the customer. We do our best to be transparent, and upfront with customers and so does our AI bot AISA.
