Anthony was very courteous but mislead me about the spare key, and owners manual that I specifically asked about in text, and he responded yes to both questions.(12-22-25) But the spare key is for a differen key, and owners manual that I specifically asked about in text, and he responded yes to both questions.(12-22-25) But the spare key is for a different car, i3 model, NOT the i8 that I bought! I had the local dealership look up the keys vin# which confirms is for a different car. Also, no manual in the car and in text, he said it was in the car! (12-30-25)I got a response from there team, the first time I complained to Anthony, but when I responded to That response and sending a screen shot of the text where Anthony acknowledged the Owners Manual and spare key, but no response to that email as of (1-10-26) Otherwise, the car is actually in good condition per our dealership, but left a bad taste in my mouth, regarding lying about the manual and key!, More

I paid a premium price for a premium vehicle, so I thought. On arrival I noticed a dent and rusty scrape on the roof toward the front and another inline at the rear. I had asked Anthony about the condition of the roof before purchasing, because there was no photo of the roof. He told me maybe a few rock chips, typical for the age of the vehicle. I sent photos of the two areas to Anthony on 8/25/25, 8 inch long scrape at the front and 2 inch long scrape at the rear, the two dents being about twice as long. On 8/27/25 I sent two body shop quotes ($2,327 and $2,619) to which he replied that he had opened an aftersale support request. Over two months now without any communication. Further to that I found that the coolant system was full of water and that the CD player didn’t work, $50 for two gallons of anti freeze and $62 for a used CD player. And further to that after a couple of weeks I figured out why the coolant system was full of water was that it was leaking out as fast as they were putting it in. Another $3,700 to replace radiator, water pump, and intake manifold gaskets. Total repair cost $6,139. Buyer beware and lower your expectations. More

I don’t tend to trust people very easily, and I don’t normally write reviews they just take to much time but anyway and buying a car without inspecting it is normally a big NO!!! however, from the moment I started interacting with Anthony, his willingness to give discretionary effort and go the extra mile to where even though in doubt, I decided to take a plunge and see what would happen and I must say I never thought a car purchase could be this pleasant, today i enjoy my daily commute to work in an X4, I can’t speak for everyone but in my case they have my vote of confidence and recommendation thank you team God Bless and good Job 👍🏾 More
