I took my car back there the last 2 times specifically because of Antonio. He reaches out to me as soon as my car arrives by tow (all 3 times) and keeps me updated throughout. Since I recently moved to Henderson, rather than going to my usual AutoNation Honda East, I went to Findlay Honda Henderson for an oil change and a recall of my civic wheels & tires. Antonio C., a service c my usual AutoNation Honda East, I went to Findlay Honda Henderson for an oil change and a recall of my civic wheels & tires. Antonio C., a service consultant, said it may take up to 1.5 hours for my car to be ready. So I took a seat in the waiting area. I then received a txt that said if I need anything throughout my service visit, pls reply to this txt - Antonio. So I waited and waited. After 1.5 hours, I replied to that txt, and asked how much longer will this take? No reply. So I continued to wait. Long story short, I waited 3 hrs for them to do just an oil change. I thought maybe they were taking long because of the recall, but they didn’t even check my wheels and tires. Someone dropped the Ball and Antonio’s excuse was that they were backed up. My appointment was at 10a. How backed up could they be? Not no 3 hrs for just an oil change. There was no communication during the wait like how Honda East would communicate with their customers. Also, I was not a walk in. I had an appt. Although Antonio was apologetic, I was not happy at all. 1st & last time here. Such a bad experience for me that I WILL NEVER go back there. Findlay Honda is a joke. More
