When my car was ready, another representative came to the lounge and informed me the service was complete, took my payment and walked me to my car. Perfect. More

Excellent customer service This was my first time at this dealership. Many sales and service members introduced themselves to me. I felt very comfortable buying a new SUV there. Outstanding customer service and experience I have an extremely busy schedule in which the team at Nissan have always taken care of my needs in an effective and efficient way. Great as always. Staff and managers were friendly and professional as they always are. Very thoughtful in providing service with helpful feedback and suggestions. I had work to do on my laptop and was able to get it finished without interruption and everything was done within an hour. More

I think that I overpaid for warrantys to cover for problems that I should not expect from a Nissan. I chose a Nissan for reliability. Turns out it isn’t reliable unless you pay extra. Maybe a Subaru would have been a better option. More
