Unsure about wait time Service and staff was great. We had called the week prior to schedule an appt for a simple tire rotation. Checked in 8 minutes prior to our scheduled appt time. Than waited an additional 45 minutes after our appointment time for our vehicle to be done. Meanwhile it appeared to a few 'drive in vehicles' that were taken back prior to our vehicle. We will return, but this is a frustrating factor. More
