Check engine light Had to make extra trips to town to leave vehicle and pick up said vehicle. They claim they fixed it and it was returned with check engine still on. Ha Had to make extra trips to town to leave vehicle and pick up said vehicle. They claim they fixed it and it was returned with check engine still on. Had to bring back on a Monday so they could fix the same problem. Super inconvenient and wasted time. More

Job well done! My wife took the car to Quick Lube for an oil change and they realized that the car was due for a tire rotation as well. Not able to wait that long, My wife took the car to Quick Lube for an oil change and they realized that the car was due for a tire rotation as well. Not able to wait that long, they quickly arranged for a loaner. She was able to grab lunch and return to work on time. Great reaction time! More

Unsure about wait time Service and staff was great. We had called the week prior to schedule an appt for a simple tire rotation. Checked in 8 minutes prior to our scheduled Service and staff was great. We had called the week prior to schedule an appt for a simple tire rotation. Checked in 8 minutes prior to our scheduled appt time. Than waited an additional 45 minutes after our appointment time for our vehicle to be done. Meanwhile it appeared to a few 'drive in vehicles' that were taken back prior to our vehicle. We will return, but this is a frustrating factor. More

Best crew anywhere Great loaner car was waiting for us. The seats in this Buick Enclave had seats more comfortable than our Cadillac.
