Service was great from the moment that I pulled into the service drive. Was greeted by the Porter with a friendly good morning. I dealt with Mike Zearfaus (he was wonderful, and pleasant). I had some undercarrage damage during the heavy snowfalls. I contacted Lexus dealership in Middletown, NY. I spoke to several Knowledgeble Service advisors on bringing my 2017 LS460 into the dealer snowfalls. I contacted Lexus dealership in Middletown, NY. I spoke to several Knowledgeble Service advisors on bringing my 2017 LS460 into the dealership. Michael was service Advisor & arranged a convienent appointment. They determined what parts were needed to repair exhaust pipe hangers & rear bumper trim. Unfortunately, I was hit with a bad case of the COVID 19 virus that put me in Middleton, Regional Garnet Hospital Ctr, & underwent surgery for placement of a PACEMAKER on 02 I was transferred by ambulance Helen Hayes Hospital for Physical & Home treatment till discharge date of 01/21/2021, home followup with Occupational home treatment, With all of this ordeal, your service people followed up on needed parts & sevices until we picked up my car on Friday, March 5, 2021. Excellent services & hope to enjoy driving my wonderful LS460. Jim Manuel More
