I purchased a Elantra N and had a less than pleasant experience. They wouldn’t offer the deal that was made with the sales associate over the phone. I had to fight to get my veteran status and student d experience. They wouldn’t offer the deal that was made with the sales associate over the phone. I had to fight to get my veteran status and student discount honored. They also didn’t honor any 2023 bonuses at all and they valued my car as “fair condition” when it was in perfect working and cosmetic order. Scott treated me like this was my first car I’ve ever purchased and made it a very timely process. I was dissatisfied, disappointed, and will no be buying my next Hyundai through Pride Hyundai of Seekonk. More

I had such a smooth experience with pride Hyundai- Maggie was my sales person and she was awesome- helped with everything til the end- Ari was awesome and even tho I had to go back and forth a couple times b was my sales person and she was awesome- helped with everything til the end- Ari was awesome and even tho I had to go back and forth a couple times because my new tires weren’t balanced right- the customer service was excellent- so happy to be a customer of pride Hyundai and look forward to doing business with them in the future.
