2 Service advisor was good. But there is just always something. I schedule and appt and say I'm waiting for service: oil change and to fix my driver heated seat. Get there and o But there is just always something. I schedule and appt and say I'm waiting for service: oil change and to fix my driver heated seat. Get there and old it'll be a few hours. I said forget the heated seat and just oil change. Advisor said you should get tires rotated too. But I wasn't there for that but said ok. Then went to check out and was told I owed $130+ dollars. We were given jeep wave when We leased the vehicle. We've had jeeps the last 8 + years. With jeep waves and have never had an issue. I told the cashier I had Jeep wave and she said she didn't see it. I asked the service advisor and he said they expired bc I didn't use them in a year. 1. We were NEVER told the jeep wave/service expire in a year when we leased the vehicle. I was actually quite insistent we even got Jeep wave bc we used it in the past. Online Jeep wave says 2 years. Where did this random 1 year expiration date come from? I didnt have my coupons on me and because I was flustered I forgot to pull up my jeep app to use those coupons. I asked someone in sales too and she was completely unhelpful and basically said 'oh well' I will not be back to your dealership. I've already scheduled service for my driver heated seat at another Jeep dealer. More

After I explained to a service advisor why I was there they responded with this is a warranty service. The warranty service agent greeting was friendly and he listened when I explained the issue. I waited for two hours and watch many many non warranty customers come and go during that time. I received no updates during the two hours More
