LEASED CAR INFESTED WITH ANTS DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUT OR LEASE FROM HERE. My mother leased a 2019 hrv, drove it straight home from the dealership and parked it in the garage. 2 DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUT OR LEASE FROM HERE. My mother leased a 2019 hrv, drove it straight home from the dealership and parked it in the garage. 2 days later and I take it for a test drive and notice an ant on the dashboard. By the time I parked the car, there were ants everywhere inside. Hundreds of them. When my mother called Honda to tell them they accused my mother of eating in the car and leaving the windows open so the ants can crawl in there. My mother brought the car to Honda and they inspected it and said there was no evidence of any ants even though there are dead smashed ants on the dashboard . Then Honda sprayed the car inside and out with some kind of chemicals to get rid of the ants. Why would they spray chemicals in the car if there was no ants?! They refuse to give my mother a new car and the chemicals they sprayed in the car make her sick. We have contacted the news stations and are in the process of retaining a lawyer. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR FROM HERE More

He called me personally and as promised he made sure my friend and I both got the deals we were promised. We finalized the deal the next day. We both got great deals on great cars and the rest of our experience at Paragon was exceptional. Brian, Mariano, and Ariel made sure of it. It is hard to find a dealership that will go out of it's way to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. Brian, the GM, was honest, transparent, and kind. Mariano was professional and made sure the rest of the transaction went smoothly. He eveb called me the day after I picked up the car to make sure there were no issues. Thank you again! More
