We received a recall letter about our airbags that stated we were not to bring the vehicle in until we experienced the problem. While we were on an extended vacation in the middle of nowhere,we experienced the problem. There was not a Buick dealer for hundreds of miles. We had a local mechanic look at it and he couldn't find anything wtong. We called Sullivan after we got back and we were told that because now that we were over the mileage limit stated in the letter they expected us to pay for them to take a look at the vehicle. Way to stand behind your product and treat your cutomers. We were thinking of buying another Buick but not now and not from Sullivan. Be forwarned! More

I test drove the car and loved it, but was nervous to talk price. However, Gabe and his manager, Danny, gave me an amazing deal and made me feel very confident in my purchase.
