I brought the car in for a passenger window not working. They ordered a window motor. Trip (2) 3hrs. The window motor was NOT the problem. They ordered a window regulator. Trip (3) 2hrs. They got the window fixed. They did not clean the window after they finished. It looks like dogs slobbered all over the window. They didn't call to let me know the parts were in, thus delaying the repair. I had to call to see if the parts were in. Took about 1-1/2 months to get repaired. I had to miss (2) days of work over this window repair. I feel that I should get some (MULTIPLE) free oil changes for this inconvenience.

It's a nice place the kids play area could be nicer. Maybe some new crayons and some nice things to color. My four-year-old granddaughter sat down and said oh all these dirty and they're all broken into that little pieces. I can't use those. Just thought I'd mention it to keep the little ones busy not all of them have an iPad.
