Didn’t rotate my tires! Called to make the appointment for a recall and then didn’t even have the part for the appointment they called to schedule! Will not be back! The last time I had issues but I’m not driving from another state to not get good service. The worker blamed the system for telling me my tires were bad. The staff at Walt Massey Kia kept me informed up the progress being made on my vehichle as they were working on it.
