I don't always feel comfortable when car shopping and this was such a pleasant experience, I never felt pressured at all (which I am used to feeling during car shopping). I honestly didn't think I'd ever be able to drive a car like this, but Arlene helped me get into an XC90 T8 and my jaw is on the floor! I'm obsessed and so thankful for her help. Arlene, Bryant, and Tony are all amazing, honest and kind. Bryant delivered the car to us in the pouring rain, and couldn't have been more kind and helpful, teaching us all the ins and outs. I highly recommend calling this dealership before you get your next car, as they may just get you a better deal and a nicer car. (we actually never even stepped foot in the dealership; a friend recommended Arlene and we called her up and did the deal from home, since we don't live nearby) 5 stars! Thank you thank you!! More

I just bought my third of five Volvo's from Tony Tehrani at Culver City Volvo. This time, before buying, I decided to first check with other dealerships to see what kind of offers I could get from them. Non at Culver City Volvo. This time, before buying, I decided to first check with other dealerships to see what kind of offers I could get from them. None of the offers seemed great. I then reached out to Tony, whom I've always dealt with, and he came in with a far better offer on my trade-in, so I scheduled an appointment. Upon arriving I immediately met with Tony's assistant Arlene, as he was out sick today, and she could not have been more helpful. She had all of my paperwork ready and had me fill out a few quick forms online then gave me the keys to the car I was interested in so I could take it for a test drive. The car was the one I wanted, so Arlene had Bryant, a super nice and patient gentleman, walk me through all of the functions of my new XC40 Recharge, set the Volvo app on my phone, and transfer SiriusXM from my old car to the new one. Bryant then walked me over to see Julio in finance to sign all the papers and close the deal. The whole process took between 1 1/2 - 2 hours. In closing, I have to say that many times in the past when I've bought a new car I've left feeling confused and taken advantage of. The three times I've dealt with Tony I left knowing I was well taken care of and very happy with my new purchase. Big huge thanks to Tony, Arlene, Bryant, Kervin, and Julio for making this purchase quick, enjoyable, and stress-free!!! More

Both David my service advisor and Mike the head of service went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I had just purchased a Volvo XC40 recharge. I drove it for 5 days and got an error message re service went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I had just purchased a Volvo XC40 recharge. I drove it for 5 days and got an error message requiring service. Mike immediately called me and out David in charge who ordered me a loaner vehicle while mine was repaired. Apparently the car needed a reboot. I hope it will be smooth sailing from now on! More
