I want to highlight a recent situation where I unexpectedly would have been without a car for a few important days. Cassie, a sales manager, went above and beyond to find a vehicle for me to use, unexpectedly would have been without a car for a few important days. Cassie, a sales manager, went above and beyond to find a vehicle for me to use, even though she had no obligation to help. Her kindness and initiative made a stressful situation much easier. The service department has always impressed me with their professionalism and honesty. They consistently look for the least invasive and least expensive solutions to keep my car in great shape. Over the years, Joe, Brandon, and Andrew have especially gone out of their way to help me, but truly, every person I’ve interacted with in the service department has been helpful, professional, and easy to work with. This week I brought my car in to address an alert that popped up, and what started as a service visit turned into purchasing a new car. During this visit, a casual conversation with Bret in sales led to a test drive and, ultimately, a new vehicle. There was no pressure, no gimmicks, just a friendly and informative interaction. This is the fourth vehicle I’ve purchased from Curry Honda, and each time I’ve been treated fairly and respectfully. I don’t know anyone at Curry outside of my business interactions, so I have no reason to share anything other than my truthful experience: the team here consistently goes above and beyond. Both sales and service are outstanding, and their consistency over time is what keeps me coming back. I highly recommend Curry Honda to anyone looking for a dealership that genuinely values its customers. More

I called Jason the Service Director who helped tremendously! He told me to come right in and we will change your defective wiper blades. The exceptional service began with easygoing Christian Holguin, who was very relatable and real in his presentation of products and choices available. His display of integrity of character was evident in how he did not force his opinions on us (both myself and my daughter bought vehicles), but rather listened to our visions of vehicles that would best suit our purpose/lifestyles and then presented us with affordable choices that would best meet/exceed our expectations. In tandem with Christian is the "man with a plan," Will Ahmed, the gentle giant with the skills to finesse and garner exceptional deals that enrich people's lives and create profound outcomes guaranteed to leave customers overwhelmed with gratitude and amazement. Will's quiet and cheerful disposition hides a force to be reckoned with. It is obvious that he is a main cog that keeps the energy and flow in forward positive motion and inspires his team members to engage and manifest the best each opportunity has to offer. In my op, successful organizations are built on a foundation of true teamwork, equity, value, and efficacy and in my experience at Curry Honda, Chicopee, all those aspects were displayed in one way or another. Every team member had a responsibility to close a deal while creating a rich and memorable experience for each customer and that's what each did separately and together. Therefore, I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge the knowledgeable genius Ron and the reasonable Josh, who helped to cross the Ts and dot the Is while helping us to understand exactly what we were getting into, lol. Also, to be fair, the exper would not be complete without the dedication of the service crew members who make sure the vehicles were in tip top shape for delivery. I could go on and on, but I'll just end with this, I walked in a dealership with no expectations, but left with a peace of mind and immense satisfaction as a consumer, customer, client, lifelong partner, but most importantly, a parent who saw this team work to make my daughter's dream come through. Andrew who assisted me with the issue with my car was very professional in how he handled matters. He kindly told me I would need to rerun back because it was towards the end of the day but could get my very professional in how he handled matters. He took a look to know what was wrong ended up removing what was making the noise with it then order the part that had to be replaced and next day when I brought it back in the part was in and they took my vehicle to have the part back on while I waited.. My vehicle running much better since they fixed it up. More
