Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, factory heated seats cannot be ordered from the manufacturer to install on a vehicle that did not have it from its production. The only way to get heated seats from Toyota would have been if the Tacoma was built with the TRD Off Road Premium Package which adds leather, heated seats, auto headlights, moonroof, premium JBL Audio, Dynamic Navigation. This option package for the Tacoma is $3815.00 retail which was explained to you prior and during the order process. We not only offered you a refund of the $700 we also offered to trade you out of the Tacoma and put you into the upgraded one with premium package at no additional cost to you. Not only did you refuse initially, you also never returned managements phone call. We attempted to assist you further and you refused. We are sorry you felt you had a bad experience .
