I had come in a few years ago and did not have a good experience with the sales team howeve requirements and did what they were able to to meet them. Bought a Subaru from them 2014 and now a second one a few days ago. All my maintenance is done there. I was in a bad way because the 2014 died but they did help me withh a new one. Bill Toolen was very friendly and helpful getting my 2022 Outback! I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends or family! He even helped me figure out a repair when someone hit my door and scratche Outback! I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends or family! He even helped me figure out a repair when someone hit my door and scratched some paint off right in the parking lot of the dealership after I just bought it. Also, he went the extra mile by retrieving my gate key that I forgot from my old car I sold and kept it in his office until I could come get it a few days later. Shannon in the office was also a big help and so nice to work with! Overall it was a really easy and great experience! More

Our salesman Terry made everything so easy and not stressful at all. He showed me how everything worked on the crosstrek and told me several times call him with any questions. I also want to thank Vanessa for keeping me informed of the cars arrival and making sure I was the first to try the car. Everyone went above and beyond. I told Terry this is the best car buying experience I’ve every had. He also followed up with me a couple days after I left the lot to see if lol was ok. He showed me all the departments and where to com in for repairs. Even though Carlsbad is a bit of a drive for me I would feel so comfortable coming just there for service More

I’ve always dreaded the car buying experience due to the pressure and ‘games’ typically played, but the experience at Bob Baker Subaru was completely different. I didn’t feel pressured, the person that help pressure and ‘games’ typically played, but the experience at Bob Baker Subaru was completely different. I didn’t feel pressured, the person that helped me answered all my questions, there was no hard sell and I felt in control of the whole experience. All the staff were super helpful and the process of test driving the cars to buying felt seamless. More

We had an appointment with a sales person she didn't say she wouldn't be there and gave us another person. Told we were pre-approved and they still ran our credit through 6 other companies so now we have 6 she wouldn't be there and gave us another person. Told we were pre-approved and they still ran our credit through 6 other companies so now we have 6 dings on our credit instead of 1. Online the car wS supposed to have 2 keys. It only had 1. If we want a second key it is $268. Not happy More
