Buying a car from Bob Baker Subaru in Carlsbad worked out great. Sam Said, the "client advisor", made sure the process went smoothly. It was much easier than I was expecting. Generally from prior experience with other dealers, at the end of the process you are turned over to the Finance person to work you over until you sign up for a bunch of extra's that you don't really need or want. A few hours later after you've signed up for several thousand dollars worth of add-ons, exhausted and beaten down, you emerge with the keys to your new car. Not at Bob Baker in Carlsbad. 30 minutes later, most of that time spent signing docs, the closed door meeting with Finance ended. Love my gently used Subaru Outback. Roadtrips and adventures, here I come! More
