Bad communication, got invoice wrong and until I asked it wasn’t clear even for them. They have added breaks twice in the invoice. Which made me think that this can happen to so many people if not paid atten wasn’t clear even for them. They have added breaks twice in the invoice. Not worth going to and I will not be getting another Kia vehicle again. Management was non-responsive to requests for information (over 2 weeks to say "we are still assessing the problem"), I was told to as vehicle again. Management was non-responsive to requests for information (over 2 weeks to say "we are still assessing the problem"), I was told to ask the customer care representative for documents that they should have been able to provide me and that she has many emails. At the end, they tried to bill me an additional $50 for "miscellaneous". I would not recommend anyone to go here or get a Kia in the future. I was planning on my next vehicle to be a Kia, but not anymore. My business will go elsewhere. More
