She went an extra mile to clear our slightest doubt in our mind to fit the car in our garage and drove it all the way to our home to confirm that even before we made a decision. Always felt a personal touch in this pursuit and an exceptional client experience which converted a prospect to happy and satisfied client. Not to forget their Owner stopping by couple of times to check on us, their finance Director Armin handling the numbers and explaining all the deal nuances with care. And the great finishing touch by GENIUS (I think his real name was Allan) for setting the App and explaining us all the features. Overall a very happy and satisfying experience while we left the dealership after spending almost 4 hours there. I worked with Craig on the purchase of a new car at the busiest time of the year. I recently had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. I worked with a sales associate named Adel on the purchase of a Used 2019 Ford Mustang GT. We agreed on an out-the-door price that includ dealership. I worked with a sales associate named Adel on the purchase of a Used 2019 Ford Mustang GT. We agreed on an out-the-door price that included sales tax, which was confirmed in writing via text message. I also placed a $1,000 deposit to hold the car while it was being inspected after this was confirmed. When I returned to finalize the purchase on 10/30/25, the finance manager (Armin) told me the sales tax was not included and attempted to add roughly $3,000 to the agreed price. Even after showing them the written messages confirming the original out-the-door price, they refused to honor it. This experience felt deceptive and unprofessional. I had completed pre-approvals, credit checks, and acted in good faith based on our agreement. I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying from this dealership to get every detail in writing and be cautious when it comes time to sign paperwork. On top of all this, somebody from this dealership just called me, harassing me for leaving this review and essentially calling me an idiot for believing they would sell me a car for the price they agreed on Caller wouldn’t give his name or any information as to who he was after requested multiple times.
