I recently had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. I worked with a sales associate named Adel on the purchase of a Used 2019 Ford Mustang GT. We agreed on an out-the-door price that includ dealership. I worked with a sales associate named Adel on the purchase of a Used 2019 Ford Mustang GT. We agreed on an out-the-door price that included sales tax, which was confirmed in writing via text message. I also placed a $1,000 deposit to hold the car while it was being inspected after this was confirmed. When I returned to finalize the purchase on 10/30/25, the finance manager (Armin) told me the sales tax was not included and attempted to add roughly $3,000 to the agreed price. Even after showing them the written messages confirming the original out-the-door price, they refused to honor it. This experience felt deceptive and unprofessional. I had completed pre-approvals, credit checks, and acted in good faith based on our agreement. I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying from this dealership to get every detail in writing and be cautious when it comes time to sign paperwork. On top of all this, somebody from this dealership just called me, harassing me for leaving this review and essentially calling me an idiot for believing they would sell me a car for the price they agreed on Caller wouldn’t give his name or any information as to who he was after requested multiple times. More
