My husband and I had an enormous amount of questions about our new car and Zack answered them all with no hesitation..and if he didn't know the answer he looked it up and found it for us! He was exceptionally knowledgeable about every car we asked about. Zack was ..and still is a joy to work with! ♥️ Armin....in the Finance Dept did an exceptional job as well. He had papers ready to go when we came back to get the car after purchasing. Explanations of everything were super quick and Top Notch. These guys at BMW West St Louis are very good at what they do...and I will be more than happy to bring my sons here when they're ready to purchase a new car or Suv...they love mine but they have to get their own 🤣...so hopefully we will be back real soon!
