Bottom line: I have never had a better car buying experience, and I would recommend shopping at BMW of West St. Louis. I love my M550 so much and I'm very glad I chose to buy it there. Details: Having driven past the dealership many times, I never considered shopping there as I live in another part of the city and had a relationship with a closer BMW Dealer & Service Center. I had been shopping online in other cities for a new car and was in negotiations on purchasing when I found a very low mileage (essentially new) M550 at BMW of West St Louis. Dave Ware responded to my inquiry quickly and answered all my questions. I mentioned my desire to test drive the car and he shared the hours he was in that day and invited me to come by anytime. An arrival he was friendly and didn't waste any time putting the keys in my hand, inviting me to take as much time as I needed with the car. That was most unexpected and very welcomed. Following my test drive, Dave and I talked about the car a bit - as two friends would, not as someone who wanted to get my to commit to buying it. He asked if I wanted an offer on my current car, and since I had time and did intend on trading it, I said yes. We had a great relaxed conversation while waiting ten minutes or so. The offer they made on my trade was good, and the car was great, but I had several other options I had been working on so I left to contemplate. No problem - and Dave offered several options for additional test drives to confirm my choice. The next day I let Dave know I wanted the car. Throughout the process Dave was friendly, responsive, and no pressure. He was like a friend helping me through a process, and made it easy to buy. Day of purchase the car looked great in the delivery bay, and Armin Hidic in finance was another great person who made me feel like a friend. He got through all the paperwork, sharing what options I had, answering questions, and was as excited for me as I was for myself. Terrific buying experience from beginning to end. More

He was exceptionally knowledgeable about every car we asked about. Zack was ..and still is a joy to work with! ♥️ Armin....in the Finance Dept did an exceptional job as well. He had papers ready to go when we came back to get the car after purchasing. Explanations of everything were super quick and Top Notch. These guys at BMW West St Louis are very good at what they do...and I will be more than happy to bring my sons here when they're ready to purchase a new car or Suv...they love mine but they have to get their own 🤣...so hopefully we will be back real soon!
