My experience at MB of Princeton was by far my best car buying experience. I arrived after an issue at MB of Cherry Hill left a bad impression. He made the experience painless and pleasurable. After the signing was done he put me in the hands of Mr. Lisa who went over all the nuances and settings. He was very patient and thorough. And when he was done I only had one question which he answered immediately. This is the first time I bought a car and someone took the time out to ensure I knew all there was to know about it. Overall this was a terrific experience wit both these gentlemen. I will highly recommend both and MB of Princeton to everyone interested in purchasing a MB. More

Arno Orsini was courteous, and responsive in introducing my husband and me to the GLC300W4 (We were replacing a 2017 BMW X3 which was written off in a collision). He quickly located an available vehicle en my husband and me to the GLC300W4 (We were replacing a 2017 BMW X3 which was written off in a collision). He quickly located an available vehicle en route to Baltimore by ship. The test drive demonstrated some advantages for me as primary driver that were lacking in the BMW. I felt at home in it right away...gear shifting on the steering column, comfortable climate control, and seat adjustments, blind spot alert, smooth and peppy ride. (Also a door much easier to open without swing back!) I was not so much at home with the screen based feature interface. Here is where Richard Brittingham provided patient orientation on the day of delivery, and then in a follow up concierge appointment, There is a lot to learn! Thanks Rich! More
