This was the most pleasant car purchasing experience I have ever had, as well as the best car purchase I have ever made. Arno is an exceptional salesman and I felt comfortable working with him right away have ever had, as well as the best car purchase I have ever made. Arno is an exceptional salesman and I felt comfortable working with him right away. I only came into the dealership to look arounds and next thing I knew, Arno had me realizing a dream coming true that I wasn't even aware that I had. It was like talking with a caring family member. When my GLA arrived after not too long, it far exceeded my expectations in looks, style, comfort and experience. I'm glad I trusted him with my decision to purchase this car. I know it will be a decision I will not regret. Additionally Robert spent quite a bit of time with me going over the features of the car, and ensuring I was ready to drive away familiar with the features most important to me activated in the car as well as knowing how to change anything I wanted set up differently. Bravo to both Arno and Robert! More

I love Arno in sales, and would refer Arno to anyone and everyone to him. Robert Lisi was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately I am more often than not, put off and disappointed in the less than helpful, le everyone to him. Robert Lisi was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately I am more often than not, put off and disappointed in the less than helpful, less than accommodating service department- not the mechanics -but the service representatives. Whenever I call, they are rushed, brusque, and I certainly don’t feel like I matter. Their first response to any request is “no”. It’s actually very bizarre. More
