Far and away the most pleasant car purchase experience across this region. I shopped around various Mercedes dealerships amidst the current times of car shortages (i.e. seller's market), and I couldn't he across this region. I shopped around various Mercedes dealerships amidst the current times of car shortages (i.e. seller's market), and I couldn't help but notice an elevated level of arrogance and laziness displayed by many of the sales staff. But not with Mercedes-Benz of Princeton, where Arno was able to proactively locate the only vehicle in the Northeast with the color/options combination that I was looking for and worked tirelessly to secure it. By comparison, other dealerships tried to convince me that I don't need some of those options in an effort to sell a car in their inventory. Furthermore, Arno provided insightful suggestions on financing structure that was significantly more advantageous than what I had in mind. On delivery, Robert gave a thorough rundown of the car functionalities and was very helpful in answering questions. Would absolutely do business with them again. More
