Purchasing my truck was great . .. The after service has been less than favorable. I dropped it off at the appointment time they set and the service was suppose to take appox 2 hour .. The after service has been less than favorable. I dropped it off at the appointment time they set and the service was suppose to take appox 2 hours. I came back 3.5 hours later and the truck was sitting in the exact place I dropped it of in. Nothing had been done. They rescheduled and as a compensation for my loss of time all they did was come pick up and drop it off the day of the reschedule. In addition I have been waiting since Sept 10, 2022 for a refund on mud flaps I didn't need as the truck already had them. It is so disappointing because I have been using Raymond Kia for the past 6 years for for service on my Kia Soul and they are so awesome I was hoping for the same or at least similar experience at Ray Chevy... That has not been the case yet. More

Cody and Ryan were both great and provided me with everything I wanted to obtain in purchasing a vehicle. There was no back and forth, I received the best interest rate and payment I could get and I w everything I wanted to obtain in purchasing a vehicle. There was no back and forth, I received the best interest rate and payment I could get and I was out in less that one and a half hours after I agreed to the vehicle and the terms. I did purchase some accessories that were never ordered, even though I was told that they were. After a week I finally went to pick them up and one of them is defective. Now I have to make another unnecessary trip to the dealership, which is extremely inconvenient to me as a consumer. I was not offered an apology for my inconvenience or any type of compensation for my time. This area of the dealership may need some upskilling in service. Other than that everything else was absolutely perfect. More
