Well I appreciate everything that my salesman did for me. I really felt like there was no wiggle room with price and options with the overall management at the dealer. Will not recommend We bought 2 vehicles in the past 3 years from Ray Chevrolet. We were treated well. Referred our son, he was passed off to several sales people. He made an appointment to test drive a truck, arrived on time, only to find the sales person not there, the other he had talked to was busy. He never got to have a test drive. They looked at his truck then asked about down payment. After an hour of double talk and more empty promises, he left. Not only does this leave a bad impression on him, but for us as well. More

Nightmare Came up from Cincinnati, Ohio to purchase a commercial van for my business and after 45 days and no title now the van has to sit until Ray Chevrolet g Came up from Cincinnati, Ohio to purchase a commercial van for my business and after 45 days and no title now the van has to sit until Ray Chevrolet gets their crap together - What's so disappointing is that Ray Chevrolet has had since March 2019 (8 months) to get the correct paperwork to sell this van but did nothing - Three other things that are very disappointing is that the sales manager told me that they sell lots of vehicles to people from Ohio which is a lie because the lady in their title office did not have a clue of what I was talking about when I said I could not get tags - I had already put down a deposit on the van and then came up two weeks later and even in that amount of time they could not get their paperwork in order - Lastly what they did send to me what they had it was within 1 week of the tags expiring so there was not enough time to get me the correct paperwork - So now I'm losing money everyday until I get the correct paperwork - If you live in Illinois you might be OK but if you live outside of Illinois and you buy a vehicle from Ray Chevrolet after reading this post you have mental issues - You have been warned More

Initially I was stressed, and overwhelmed just thinking about h I had a terrific experience with Ray Chevrolet thanks to my Salesman Tony Jensen!!! Initially I was stressed, and overwhelmed just thinking about having to go through the hectic process of buying a vehicle. I have been looking for an SUV for some time now but just didn't find anything in my price range, or that made me feel happy. It was not until Tony stepped in and made this vehicle purchasing process extraordinary. He was attentive, honest and really listened to me describing what I wanted. Not only did Tony find me the SUV of my dream and within my price range, he, management, financing and service staff stayed pass closing hours to complete this sales transaction. Never once did I feel rushed, they went above & beyond. The service and professionalism that I received throughout the process was excellent.
