Thanking you for the wonderful service and Mr. small was absolutely great his name should be Mr. Big not mr. small he was fantastic after being in the business for over 20 years I can appreciate what honesty and caring sales person can be and believe you me Mr. general manager you have a good one there I hope you keep them because there’s not many out there trust me I’m 69 years old and I worked at three dealers all Fords and you have a great sales person there that can do it all and that’s not common in today’s world
