The dealership and my contact in the service department did an excellent job helping me get all of my belongings out of my car. They performed a quick diagnostic evaluation and took the time to identify the actual issue, which turned out to be that I needed a new 12V battery and to fix the loose wire. I especially want to recognize Arte who was the service advisor I worked with. He made the entire process easy, smooth, and straightforward from start to finish. He provided excellent customer service, communicated each step clearly, and has a great ability to keep customers calm during what can be a very stressful situation when their vehicle has unexpected problems. He was also able to provide me with a loaner vehicle for three days, or for as long as I needed until my car was repaired, which made the whole experience much less stressful. Overall, I had a great experience. The dealership was honest, efficient, and professional, and I would definitely recommend them. More

I’ve given Ferman Chevy multiple chances, and the biggest issue is still communication. On this visit, I scheduled ahead, dropped my truck off Monday, and was told diagnosis would take 1–2 days. Then I heard issue is still communication. On this visit, I scheduled ahead, dropped my truck off Monday, and was told diagnosis would take 1–2 days. Then I heard nothing for days despite repeated calls and texts. I was told the part wouldn’t arrive until Thursday, so I extended my rental for another week at an extra $400. Then Monday afternoon I got a call saying the truck was already repaired and ready. The work was fine, but the poor communication cost me time and money. More

Maybe its standard behavior but for me its not treatment I'm accustomed to. The man created a game plan, got me on a service schedule to get my vehicle up to date. Worked with me financially and never pressed or pushed. He takes care of me and my needs and ensures I get to relive that new car experience when I come to pick up my Suburban by having the amazing detail staff do their magic. No promises. No empty words. Just actions. The man just takes care of business as it should be taken care of to begin with. Thank you Art. More
